Every sword blade created is a true battle ready samurai weapon that has been has been hand forged, heat treated, tempered and then polished by skilled hands in the Japanese tradition.The Tsuba, Kashira and Fuchi are expertly crafted from black iron. The Habaki is also hand made, using polished brass. Every Tsuka is hand covered in authentic ray skin then tightly wrapped in a traditional cross-over style green cord Ito. Producing blades of this quality takes craftsmanship and time, and the Imperial Collection can be difficult to acquire.
